Fast hardening anchor mix
Quick-hardening repair and assembly mixture PRR-215 is intended for fixing small metal, wood, plastic elements and embedded parts of building structures and equipment in concrete, masonry or cement mortars.
It is suitable for repairing cracks, seams, holes and holes with a width of up to 20-50 mm, as well as the formation of fillets in the contact angles of structures when performing waterproofing works.
The PRR-215 solution has high adhesion and strength, and a slight expansion in volume provides
tight seal of the cracks. If necessary to fix the mounting gaps width from 20 to 100 mm, to the mixture of PRR-215, you must additionally enter the filler fr. 5-10 mm in a 1: 1 ratio. In the preparation of mortar and additional introduction fill the amount of water does not increase. Adding a filler does not affect the timing
turing, but reduces the strength of the solution.
The PRR-215 mixture is especially recommended in cases:
- installation of fastenings of drainpipes;
- making a plug during installation of electrical wiring and installation of sockets;
- fastening hooks, bolts for the installation of any equipment, including plumbing;
- installation of metal and wooden frame elements, the installation of door and window hinges;
- installation of anchors and dowels in concrete or masonry;
- temporary repair of leaks in bathtubs, concrete and cast-iron pipes, pools and fountains.
