Start-up universal putty PCN-024 is a dry construction mixture for initial leveling and repair of walls and ceilings on non-deformable bases (brick, light concrete, concrete, cement, cement-lime and similar plasters, etc.). It is also used before finishing the surface (painting, pasting wallpaper and other types of decoration). It is applied in a layer from 0.5 to 30 mm. It is used in both dry and wet rooms.
Effective for filling small recesses and defects up to 30 mm deep.
After rubbing the putty, a smooth, strong white surface is formed.
